Privacy
Information should be collected with purpose.
This notice explains what Precision Workflows collects through the website, why it is used and how to ask questions about it.
Information you provide
Assessment applications and other enquiries may be made by email. Workflow Triage enquiries may be made through WhatsApp. The information you choose to send may include business contact details and operational context so Jacques can determine whether an engagement is a suitable next step.
Please do not submit passwords, credentials, customer records, special personal information or other sensitive material in an application or enquiry.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant engagement, maintain an appropriate business record and improve the enquiry process. It is not sold.
Service providers and cross-border processing
Messages sent through email or WhatsApp are processed by those service providers and may be handled outside South Africa under their respective terms and privacy practices.
Retention
Declined or inactive application records are reviewed for deletion after 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes. If an engagement proceeds, relevant records move into the business's approved client-record process. Deleting information from a service may involve emptying that service's trash or recovery area.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information Precision Workflows holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where there is no lawful or operational reason to retain it. You may also object to particular uses or raise a concern.
Information Officer and PAIA
Precision Workflows (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/550355/07) is the responsible party. Jacques Wainwright, as head of the company, is the default Information Officer under POPIA. The company’s PAIA manual explains how to request access to records.
